Jacksonville Beach - My neighbor Emily and I got down to the beach at around 7:40 AM.  The tide was coming in with high tide predicted for about 10:20 AM.  It was a nice morning but still a little chilly.  Things started slow with only one bit during the first hour or so.  Around 9AM Emily started to get bites on cut figer mullet.  She started haulling the bluefish in, shortly thereafter.  She brought in two blues at once on her double-drop rig.  I changed from shrimp flavored Fish Bites to cut finger mullet and started catching bluefish immediately.  We ended up with 15 good size bluefish.  It was the first time we've caught anything worth mentioning since the end of December.  We had a blast!!
